February is a welcome month and we are celebrating the end of January with a week in the sun, delicious tapas and a few beers (plus sangria!).

Muckle HQ

Back at Muckle HQ, we have four beers bottle conditioning (Muckle Chuckle, Pride of Park, Mighty Buzz and Stanegate IPA) so it was a super busy week before leaving, plus there’ll be a super busy one spent labelling when we return.

Our shiny new fermentor has been christened, along with a second bottling tank and a new (man-powered!) mini forklift. With a nod to the Royal Research Ship: Sir David Attenborough, we have named our bottling tanks Bottley McBottleface and Tanky McTankface. Never a dull day …….

🍿Muckle Movie Night🍿

A night out to see Bob Dylan’s story told in the film ‘A Complete Unknown’ encouraged happy memories partying decades ago and had us researching his paintings. We particularly liked ‘Bridges and Beer’ and felt it completed our own ‘Muckles and Humpback Bridge’😂

Market Update!

February will be marked by a long awaited return to Jesmond Food Market, though the alcohol licence there will mean we attend only for the 3rd Saturday monthly.
